At the heart of my business is the belief that quality training should be accessible to everyone.   When it comes to accessibility  - we bring the classes directly to your location, whether that's online, a workplace, community center, or any other convenient setting.

In my classes, you can expect engaging, hands-on instruction tailored to the needs of your group. My goal is to ensure everyone leaves feeling confident and prepared for what life brings your way.  That's why our motto is "Turn Cannot into Can Do!"

My Story

Hello! My name is Julia Whitfield and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains is where I call home <3   I have worked in the field of Autism and IDD for over 20 years.  I am a Board Certified associate Behavior Analyst and have a Bachelors in Science & American Sign Language.  In 2017, I became an American Red Cross Instructor here in Asheville, NC in order to ensure that my staff are providing the safest care possible.   My passion is helping people gain the essential skills and knowledge to keep themselves and their loved ones safe.

In 2009, I Co-Founded the first autism academy to open its doors in Charleston South Carolina.  I moved on to develop the leading  pre-vocational program for young adults on the autism spectrum in Western North Carolina.  My focus has been on community building, empowerment, integrity and collaboration of care.

My extensive experience in the realm of Autism and IDD has equipped me with a unique understanding of diverse learning needs and effective communication strategies. I bring a wealth of knowledge that goes beyond traditional first aid, enriching training sessions with insights into creating inclusive and supportive environments.

I am eager to extend my expertise to your organization!   Whether you are seeking training for your crew, staff or welcoming new hires, I am committed to delivering engaging and informative sessions that empower individuals with life-saving skills.

I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with you or your organization, contributing to a safer and more prepared community. Together, we can make a significant impact on the well-being of those around us.

With smiles,

Julia  (aka Jewls)

"Julia has been an incredible resource of knowledge to help navigate all the challenges that there are when trying to get the best support & assistance that our family can find for my special needs child. Julia went above and beyond to help our family understand processes that would otherwise be foreign to us. If we could give Julia more that 5 stars we would!"  ~Kelly
